Is it still bruschetta if there is cheese?

yes it is. In fact, I didn't know bruschetta didn't actually have cheese.
I mean, really... everything should have cheese. ;)

Yes, it is. The cheese is the important ingredient.
Ummm, all that wonderful juice and flavour soaked into the bread. Yum!
