I don't eat meat and as I'm generally the grocery shopper and cook, Tavo very, very rarely eats meat at home. This weekend, though, we house sat for his parents (who are in Colombia for a month--wowza!) and he decided to cook up a pork chop for himself.
Check out the chef and his meal :)

God...I LOVE a good pork chop and that looks yummy. It's been a while since I have had one...
secret spices....come on...give it up...you cant do that to me...
A pork chop is a beautiful thing. Just look at the grin on Tavo's face! hehe. I had one last week and it made me really happy too. :-)
I usually get pork steaks- fattier, but they stay tender while being fried.. Not sayin' I wouldn't have stolen that chop when he got up for another beer...
how can you resist partaking, how can you?!
Okay, I'm torn between looking at the juicy chop and the hot hubby :)
salad-yummy
roll-yummy
pork chop-meh
but it does look good!
I love eating outside-- so peaceful.
Michelle--Tavo loves then too--I can't quite figure it out ;)
Dogg--that's up to the Senor--he's the spice master on this one
Zen--you know, he does seem ridiculously happy...I like it!
Buff--we can't spoil the kid!
Pink--It smells like locker room a bit too much...yet I do like stinky cheese. Perhaps my tastebuds wore off (it HAPPENS! isn't that scary?)
Cynthia!!!! I love that comment!! Oh, you should talk to him in person, I swoon daily!
Beth--I concur, whole heartedly!
Miss Katie: I try not to eat indoors, unless need be! We have a big fan we usually use to discourage any unruly bugs ;)
