okay--we're probably crazy....

Check out the new digs.

A house full of potential projects in a pretty decent (well, somewhat decent) neighborhood. 14K well spent? We think so. We'll keep you updated!

You got this? How cool! You better watch HGTV for some cool ideas.

We will, I would love to see it and you know you can count on cheap electrician (Ryan) if you need electrical work done :)

Congrats! Are ya'll moving there or just fixing it up to flip?

I had the same question as the blonde duck.....for you or to flip?

Very cute though! I love that porch.

We're going to stay in our red house--but we thought we could use this as studio space / gallery or rent to a student after we fix it up.

I don't think we'd have much luck flipping it unless the economy really turns around.

You are young enough yet to see a tremendous ROI on this place! Until the foreclosures stop, it is a buyers market...

Sure hope so! It's right next to a super nice neighborhood (our current neighborhood), so hopefully this area will develop in the next decade or so.

CCV--Thanks! We're very excited as well :)

Michelle--There might be a New Years Eve party--the kind with no heat and no toilet ;)
