Very cute though! I love that porch.
We're going to stay in our red house--but we thought we could use this as studio space / gallery or rent to a student after we fix it up.
I don't think we'd have much luck flipping it unless the economy really turns around.
You are young enough yet to see a tremendous ROI on this place! Until the foreclosures stop, it is a buyers market...
Sure hope so! It's right next to a super nice neighborhood (our current neighborhood), so hopefully this area will develop in the next decade or so.
