To paint cabinets .... I did it my self. Make sure they are sanded (lightly is ok) prime them FOR SURE and I used Semi-gloss paint, the dirt comes off easy when cleaning, you can also use gloss for even easier cleaning and shine. If you go to the paint store they will tell you the best paint for cabinets
