You'd think it would be something more exciting than spaghetti...

That's all I really had enough ingredients to make right off hand--and even some of those were questionable.
Broccoli, onion, garlic, pimentos and some tomato paste--pasta is great because pretty much everything will work with it.




Tavo was doing yard work--doesn't he look handsome?

    Blonde--it's interesting to me--from a Walter Dean Myers book, but unlike his others about urban life, this one takes place on a different planet. It wasn't my favorite book by him, but the picture arrested me. Here's a link

    yeah for the first meal!

    I remember my first meal in my house in college was lasagne...I felt so grown up.
